An aquaculture workshop will be presented November 12 by the NCSU Marine Aquaculture Research Center. Research and extension specialists Steve Hall and Mike Frinsko will provide classroom and hands-on training using Artemia sp. as an important live-feed used in many marine hatcheries. The workshop will overview strategies and methods helpful in Artemia hatching and feeding , especially in the larviculture of marine finfish. The program is designed for fish culturists and hatchery personal wanting additional training on live feed production.

- FEE: $20 per participants (Covers materials, break snacks, and lunch) Spots are limited.
- Ages: 18+ and recommended for aquaculture producers, hatchery managers, and researchers.
