An upcoming HACCP training is being offered at our NCSU Seafood Lab. Located in Morehead City at our CMAST facility, this training course will be the 2nd segmemt of a 2 part series. Students have the option of receiving the training by completing both segments separately, or through a combined “Basic Seafood HACCP” course.
